A slight forum move around.

I've had a slight move around of the forum.

Anyway, some other changes as follows:

The permissions on the gallery have been updated, so it is visible whether you are registered or not.
The gallery contents information has been removed. It hadn't been updated since 2009 and the main reason it was there originally was because the gallery was hidden for non registered users.
Created a magazine articles section in the gallery
All the different gallery forums are shown on the main forum page now.
Split the statistics into Flyers and everything else.
