Thats a good article with some info Ive not heard before. Any idea what club night it was he put on? Sounds mental getting banned from your own night!

Just reading an interesting thread on FB by Anton Le Pirate about the original World Dance 1989 event and how is was the night of the Marchioness disaster. Someone mentioned the flyer looks like an early Pez design to which ALP's reply is

' it had nothing to do with Pez, zero..he 'copied' the style that I created with MY designs for the ENERGY & World Dance flyers..just wanna set the record straight on that little point lol..A x'

WHich is interested as Ive always assumed it was Pez. But looking again Pez only has his name on the artwork when World Dance reappeared in 1992. The design is changed quite a bit and made more 3D and full colour.

Very interesting as I had also assumed the 1989 was Pez.

Got a reply from Anton Le Pirate. He did the Energy 1 design too.
